Generation and download problems
To help us investigate, include:
- A short description of what happened.
- The task ID, if it is shown, and the approximate time of the request, including your time zone.
- Your browser and device type.
- Any error message displayed by the tool.
Please do not send passwords, browser cookies, API keys or information you do not want to share. You do not need to include a private story or the full design prompt to report a technical problem.
If a request is still processing, check its status in the same browser before starting another generation.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can delete completed designs from Recent designs while you still have access to them. For other privacy questions, email us with the subject “Privacy request.”
Because the tool does not use accounts, we may need a task ID or other limited information to locate a record and verify that it belongs to you. We may not be able to identify a design after its records have been deleted. Do not send your browser cookie.

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights or should be reviewed, send the page URL or task ID, explain the concern, and provide a way to contact you. Include only the supporting details needed to understand the issue.
