The service

Tattoo Studio lets you explore tattoo ideas, generate one image at a time, download results and prepare a brief to discuss with a tattoo artist. It is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Generated designs are references for discussion. They are not finished stencils, professional tattoo services or a guarantee of how a tattoo will look on a body. The artist brief and suggested meaning are based on your choices, not a verified analysis of the generated image.

Free use and availability

Generation and PNG downloads are currently free, subject to the allowance shown in the tool, request limits and available capacity. Limits may apply to a browser, network or the service as a whole.

We may change limits, pause generation or refuse requests to protect the service and manage costs. We do not guarantee a particular completion time or uninterrupted availability. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable terms will be presented before purchase; using today's free service does not authorize a future charge.

Requests, retries and Remix

You are responsible for the description and choices you submit. Provide only content you are entitled to use.

A request may continue after you leave the page. If its status is uncertain, check the existing request before starting another. Remix prepares a new request from your idea; generating it uses a new allowance and may change the composition and details.

When a request fails, the tool shows its status and available allowance. A request whose outcome is still being checked may keep an allowance reserved until it is resolved.

Your content and generated results

You retain any rights you already hold in the material you submit. You allow us and the providers needed to operate the service to process that material for generation, delivery, temporary storage, security and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim exclusive ownership of your private generated designs. You can download a result and share it with an artist as a design reference. We do not promise that an output is unique, eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights. Similar results may be generated for other people.

You are responsible for checking that your intended use respects other people's rights. The availability of a download does not provide a blanket commercial license or permission to reproduce protected characters, logos or another artist's work.

Our public examples and site materials are separate from your private results. Do not assume that every site asset is licensed for redistribution.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• Submit unlawful content or material you do not have permission to use.
• Exploit children, threaten or harass people, or produce content that otherwise violates applicable law.
• Expose another person's private information without an appropriate basis.
• Bypass verification, free limits or access controls, or access another visitor's designs.
• Interfere with the service or use automated requests to evade its intended limits.

We may reject a request or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or comply with applicable obligations.

Temporary history and deletion

Completed designs are available for three days after completion through the browser used to create them. There is no account recovery or cross-browser history. Clearing cookies can remove access before the three days end.

Download a copy if you want to keep it. Deleting a design revokes access through the application and schedules storage cleanup. We cannot restore access after relevant records have been removed. Provider and backup retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations

AI-generated images may contain errors, unwanted details or results that do not match your request. Review any result before relying on it or sharing it. Discuss practical design decisions with your tattoo artist.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of fitness for a particular tattoo or commercial purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and concerns

The Privacy Policy explains information processing and privacy choices. These terms do not replace any separate consent required for a particular use of personal information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will identify the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Updated terms will be available before they apply to new generation requests. These terms do not override mandatory protections that apply where you live.
